Mango Mint Salsa

This fresh, fruity salsa is so versatile you will want to top everything with it!

Directions:

Cut the mangoes into ¼ inch cubes and place in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and gently mix. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Try topping your favorite grilled fish with this salsa. We love it with halibut! This is also a great fresh summer salsa to serve with chips as an alternative to traditional salsa.
