Garlic Sage Mashed Cauliflower

Creamy and delicious, you won’t know it’s not potatoes.

Directions:

Begin by bringing 1-2 inches of water to a boil in a large saucepan with a steamer basket. Add cauliflower to the basket, cover, and cook until very tender, about 10-12 minutes.

While the cauliflower is cooking, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and add garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is slightly browned. Remove from heat and transfer to a food processor along with the steamed cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth then transfer to your serving bowl. Stir in sage and enjoy!
