Rosemary Citrus Baked Ricotta

The rosemary and orange complement each other perfectly.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a small ovenproof baking dish. Set aside. In a bowl add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish, spreading to fill the corners. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with fresh bread or crackers. Enjoy!
