Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese Rolls Ups
Cool, creamy and the perfect bite size.
Directions:
Use a mandolin or vegetable peeler to thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise. Pat both sides of the cucumber slices dry with a paper or kitchen towel. Mix together cream cheese, dill, and bagel seasoning until smooth. Thinly layer cream cheese mixture over cucumber slice. Then, gently roll and secure with a toothpick in the side. Repeat with remaining cucumber slices. Best if served immediately or the same day. Enjoy!
