Thanksgiving Leftover Club Sandwich

Don't know what to do with leftovers? Try this sandwich for a fix!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl mix mayo and leftover cranberry sauce together until well blended.

To make 1 sandwich, spread cranberry mayo over 2 slices of bread. Stack ¼ of the turkey onto a third slice of bread and top with 2 slices of bacon, a cheese slice, microgreens, and red onion. Place a slice of prepared bread on top with the cranberry mayo side down.

Spread the top of the middle bread slice with a thin layer of cream cheese. Top with more turkey, bacon, cheese, microgreens, and red onion. Add the top slice of bread with the cranberry mayo side down and secure the sandwich with a toothpick.

Place on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
