Ultimate Veggie Sandwich

A very colorful and flavorful sandwich for all those veggie needs.

Directions:

Start off by prepping your vegetables. Rip the lettuce leaves to the size of your bread. Shred the carrot, thinly slice the cucumber and cabbage. Pit and peel the avocado and thickly slice. Toast the bread and spread on mayo and mustard. Top your sandwich with all your ingredients and finish with the other slice of bread. Wrap tightly in parchment paper or wax paper and slice in half. Enjoy!
