Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Mint & Smoked Garlic Sauce
Bet you never thought sweet potatoes could be this good.
Directions:
Brush the sweet potato slices with oil and salt. Preheat a griddle over high heat until smoking hot. In batches, grill the slices of potatoes for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a serving platter once cooked.
In a small bowl, combine the mint, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Add salt to taste. Serve the potatoes warm with the sauce poured over the top, or on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
