Herbs + Greens Salad

A fresh and flavorful salad that is perfect for any occasion.

Directions:

For this delicious salad, start by making the dressing. In a medium bowl or mason jar mix all the ingredients except the oil. Slowly whisk in the oil to make an emulsion. Taste the dressing and adjust the salt, pepper, or vinegar. This will keep for about a week and a half in the fridge.

To make the salad, place all the salad ingredients in a medium bowl and top with 2 tbsp dressing. Toss to coat evenly. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: This dressing is awesome on any salad, and it saves great refrigerated for 6-8 days!
