Lychee Limeade
Cool off this summer with this classic refreshment!
Directions:
Making Lychee Limeade is much simpler than you may think! After you have peeled all your lychees the hard work is done.
In a blender, add the lychees, ginger slices, and Thai basil. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl lined with cheesecloth. Picking up the edges of the cheesecloth, tightly squeeze all the liquid out of the blended mixture into a pitcher. Add the lime juice, sugar, and water and stir well. Serve over ice with more Thai basil. Enjoy!
