Mint Chocolate Protein Bites

Easy & so good!

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until completely blended. Using a spoon, scoop about 1 tbsp out and form into balls. Roll in your desired topping, cocoa powder, finely chopped cashews, or you can leave plain.

Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Enjoy!
