Pineapple Cilantro Moscow Mule
A refreshing tropical cocktail to cool down on summer days by the pool!
Directions:
To make pineapple puree, blend pineapple chunks in the blender until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For this delicious Pineapple Cilantro Moscow Mule, gently muddle the cilantro leaves in a cocktail shaker to release their oils. Top with ice and vodka, pineapple puree, and lime juice and shake very well. Pour into a serving glass and top with ginger beer. Enjoy!
