Salmon with Lemon and Chives Sauce

A nice burst of citrus to complement the rich flavors of the salmon.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400° F. Mix all of the ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl until well combined. Place your fillets skin side down in a lightly greased baking dish and spread the chives mixture evenly over their tops. Bake until the fish is cooked through, but still tender and flaky, for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce that has oozed over the sides will be bubbly and smell amazing.
